Connect the Junction Master Plan Draft
This draft outlines 7 Big Ideas for Pearl Street, Park Street, and Five Corners. Each of these Big Ideas is accompanied by supporting strategies and action items geared towards outlining a clear path forward for the City and its partners. Section drawings and renderings provide images of what this area could look like with thoughtful growth and transit-oriented development that works towards a walkable and connected community.

Northwest Vermont TOD
Real Estate Market Analysis
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) worked with consultants to conduct a real estate analysis of five counties and ten target communities in Northwest Vermont. This report is intended to support CCRPC's goal of implementing Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) strategies to promote denser, mixed-use growth near transit hubs.
