Connect the Junction Master Plan
This plan outlines 7 Big Ideas for Pearl Street, Park Street, and Five Corners. Each of these Big Ideas is accompanied by supporting strategies and action items geared towards outlining a clear path forward for the City and its partners. Section drawings and renderings provide images of what this area could look like with thoughtful growth and transit-oriented development that works towards a walkable and connected community.
Northwest Vermont TOD
Real Estate Market Analysis
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) worked with consultants to conduct a real estate analysis of five counties and ten target communities in Northwest Vermont. This report is intended to support CCRPC's goal of implementing Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) strategies to promote denser, mixed-use growth near transit hubs.
Current Conditions Report
This report outlines land use, streets, transit, multi-modal transportion, community design, and capital facilities in the project area. It also summarizes key plans and reports that are informing the project.

This documents reports on feedback received during the Connect the Junction Community Design Charrette, which was a 4-day series of tours, presentations, and workshops for community engagement.
